The HL200S is a complete high-speed test system designed for easy, cost-effective PCB impedance characterization and verification of traces as short as 1".

This package includes the USB-controlled differential instrument, one probe, Zcoupon™ software with free lifetime upgrades, and a calibration standards substrate.
