Warranty Information

All products purchased from HYPERLABS INC. carry a one-year limited warranty under the terms found on our Sales and Warranty Terms.

Returns and Refunds

HYPERLABS products may be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date. If the Calibration Seal has been broken, or the serial number tampered with, the product WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.

Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card used for the original transaction. For orders paid by check, a refund will be issued by check.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Any import duties or tarrifs, sales tax, use tax, or VAT are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If HYPERLABS is required to collect sales tax in your jurisdiction, this will be calculated and added to your invoice.
